About the role:
Reporting into our Head of SAP, this role provides vital support to our SAP customers, both in the UK and internationally.
With colleagues in both India and the UK, you will manage a range of different support activities for enterprise organizations and ensure that our customers are receiving the best level of support and maintenance possible. As well as support and maintenance, you will also have the chance to work across implementations and contribute to our internal functional and technical standards.
This role is based in Hyderabad.
What you’ll be doing:
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:
Providing technical support for clients supported by Support Revolution
Designing and developing solutions in SAP to meet complex business requirements
Identifying potential risks and assist in the development of resolution/preventative action
Being commercially aware and identifying further opportunities on client sites
Contributing to the development and evolution of functional and technical standards
Ensuring compliance with Information Security guidelines
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this position, in-depth experience supporting SAP Payroll is essential. The ability to support UK payroll is also crucial, as you will be working frequently with UK-based clients. On top of this, we are looking for:
Detailed knowledge of UK payroll, particularly around processes and policies, with experience of supporting UK Payroll
Good knowledge of SAP payroll, with demonstrable experience of end-to-end implementations
Good knowledge of Absence Management and Absence Processing (payroll) on SAP
Knowledge of configuration in PA, OM / PD, ECM, Benefits and Portal
Detailed knowledge of UK Payroll Schema
Good knowledge or integration between SAP payroll and FI/CO
Knowledge of HR Patching
Excellent general consulting skills
The ability to write Change Requests and Functional Specifications
