Qualification : BE/Btech/Bsc/ BCA /PG in computer sciences

Experience : 0-2 years / Freshers

Skill Set :

-Excellent communication skills
-English, Hindi Telugu mandatory and any other south Indian languages is an added advantage
-Must have good inter personal skills
-Excellent trouble shooting skills
-Should be a team player

Job Description :

-Providing technical support to the customers via different modes – chat, email, telephone etc
-Resolving installation and configuring issues of the software
-Interacting with customers to quickly get to the root of the problem
-Following up with clients to ensure that the problem is resolved
-Manage in coming calls and customer service technical issues
-Installation and updating ERP software for the clients.
-Troubleshooting deployment issues in Software
